We were blown away by the luxuriousness of our rooftop suite at Conservatorium. The heated marble floors and beautiful travertino stone walls made us feel cozy. The spacious bathroom with a tub for two, two showers, and two sinks was a real treat. The bed was huge and comfortable. The staff were great, provided service that surpassed even 5-star hotels. We were amazed by how attentive and personable everyone was, addressing us by name at all times. The on-site restaurant served delicious seafood, and the concierge was fast and precise in arranging our activities. We highly recommend taking a private boat trip in the canals. we had an really good experience at Conservatorium.

Suite 803 was nice, despite being shown two other unsuitable ones. The renovation was good. Sam at concierge desk was great! The lobby had open space and impressive contemporary design with modern art pieces. The hotel was spacious yet cozy. Loved our stay, highly recommended.

design of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! beautiful! room (superior duplex) is also beautiful but very impractical! far too little storage space! everything very narrow! except in the room it was very, warm in the whole hotel. bit uncomfortable. all in all a nice hotel, stylish but the practicality leaves a lot to be desired.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we were pampered with luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the well-trained staff were attentive to our every need and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. the spa and wellness centre is truly a haven of relaxation, with a variety of treatments and facilities to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the full body massage and the steam room. the restaurant serves delicious and beautifully presented meals, with a range of options to cater to all dietary requirements.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the TV in our room, which had some signal disruptions. the efficient technical support staff managed to fix it promptly, so it did not affect our overall enjoyment of this hotel.

I found the fridge that wasn't cooling.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with popular museums like the Van Gogh museum just a short walk away. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom was clean and modern. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the beautiful lobby where I could relax and have a drink. a fantastic experience.

Although the hotel had many positives, I found that the menu items could use an update.

A business trip

The price does not match the room. I booked a duplex room and got a normal room

The hotel had an excellent interior and was located in a convenient spot, close to popular museums, restaurants, and shops. It was a great location for families, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our business trip.

There were a few minor issues. The cleaning service was a bit late, and the night turndown service was not consistently provided.

My stay at the Conservatorium Hotel was superb. The staff was very attentive and the hotel itself is excellent. The lobby area is beautifully designed and the panoramic view of the Stedelijk Museum from my suite was amazing. The breakfast options were delicious and there was something for everyone's taste. The spa experience was divine and the spa staff were professional and caring. I highly recommend this hotel.
